Founded by Héloïse Slakta, attorney at the Paris and New York Bars, HEKLA advises French and international companies and their managers in the fields of business law and insurance law.

Before creating HEKLA, Héloïse was an attorney in renowned French and Anglo-Saxon law firms for nearly ten years. She then moved on to a position as Director of Legal Affairs within the Aviva France group in charge, in particular, of Corporate M&A and director of the shadow board of Aviva Plc. (London) until 2019.

 These experiences enable her today to offer a quality service, adapted to the needs of her clients.
